Dr. Kirsi Wallinheimo

Dr. Kirsi Wallinheimo works as a university lecturer in foreign language didactics, especially in primary and subject teacher education. Her pedagogical and research interests include multilingualism and the intercultural dimensions in language education, the implementation of digital learning environments in education, outside classroom learning, co-teaching and teacher reflection. Wallinheimo has an extensive experience in developing digital learning environments, she is involved in many international curriculum networks and projects and also author of several language textbooks for different education levels.
